  • Experience with analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets)
  • Understanding of mobile app KPIs and funnels (CPI, CAC, LTV, retention, engagement metrics)
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing principles
IS A PLUS TO KNOW
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms and MMPs
  • General understanding of ASO
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute both paid, organic, and social/viral user acquisition strategies for our mobile app (iOS and Android)
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and potentially programmatic networks
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and churn
  • Work closely with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives
  • Set up, track, and analyze campaigns using MMPs (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) and analytics tools (Firebase, GA4, Amplitude)
  • Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, creatives, and onboarding flows
  • Own budget allocation and ensure cost-effective user acquisition
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Develop and execute both paid and organic user acquisition strategies for our mobile app (iOS and Android);
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ad Campaigns, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc..
  • Explore and test alternative growth channels: influencer marketing, partnerships, referral programs, viral loops, PR placements, community engagement, and content marketing
  • Work with analytics and attribution platforms (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase) to evaluate performance across all channels
  • Drive continuous growth experiments to uncover new, scalable acquisition methods
  • Monitor user behavior and key funnel metrics to inform acquisition and retention strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and content to align growth initiatives
