    Technical Skills:


  • Experience with analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets)
  • Understanding of mobile app KPIs and funnels (CPI, CAC, LTV, retention, engagement metrics)
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing principles

    • Soft Skills:


  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly visualize and present complex data simply
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain findings to non-technical teams
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
IS A PLUS TO KNOW
  • Experience in mobile apps or digital products is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES

    Data Collection & Management:


  • Gather and structure data from various internal and external sources (Firebase, App Store Connect, Play Console, internal dashboards, etc.)
  • Build and maintain clean, reliable datasets for analytics and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems

    • Analysis & Reporting:


  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, retention, funnel steps, and monetization metrics
  • Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on key metrics such as DAU/MAU, LTV, ARPU, ROAS, churn, etc.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and insights that help improve product decisions
  • Build easy-to-understand dashboards and visualizations (Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.)

    • Decision Support:


  • Support product, marketing, and management teams with clear data summaries and recommendations
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing specialists, and developers to understand data needs
  • Help define and track KPIs for new features, A/B tests, releases, and marketing campaigns

    • Data Quality & Process Improvement:


  • Monitor data collection mechanisms and report any inconsistencies
  • Propose improvements to tracking, analytics events, funnels, and dashboards
  • Assist with defining event taxonomy for new app features
